Our happy boy growing and growing!

The last few weeks he has been learning to smile and we love it!

 

 

We went out and bought him a play gym because we were finding he was getting upset after a long time of being held and just laying him on the ground to kick around would make him happy most of the time. He just got to the point where he needed more stimulation and not just snuggles. He really likes it especially if you lay there and play with him. After a few minutes of being alone he starts squawking wondering where mom and dad went!

He loves being outside there is just so much to see so on one of the nice days we went out and laid on a blanket in the shade and he took a nap after seeing all the things wore him out. It felt so nice to be out.

 

 

Zonked out and so relaxed after a long day of fighting mom about sleep. He does not like to miss out on the fun, but eventually he gets so tired he cries so much but won't sleep until eventually he zonks out.

I wrapped him up on my chest the other day and he just kept leaning his head way back to look at me with those big eyes. I love him.

 These were the first jammies we put him in and he is swimming in them...

 

...I tried to put them on him the other day and I couldn't get his arm back in the other sleeve. It's so sad to see him growing out of these things, but so fun to see him grow and be happy.

One month old

 

We are in love with our little Denver he gets more alert and interactive every day. I'm a little biased but he is the most beautiful little boy ever.

 

 

Awesome bed head. I have this fear that it is all going to fall out it's just so cute I want him to keep it!

 

 

Sleeping while mom was cleaning for the in-laws to come. It was the first time I saw him willing to sleep on the floor like that.

 

 

He spit out his bink after awhile but he wasn't quite willing to completely give it up.

My spit up shirt. I started giving him a vitamin d supplement and for the next few days his stomach was really upset and he was projectile vomiting one night and the only thing that was different was that supplement so I stopped giving it to him and he's been much better since which I'm glad he feels better and I won't have ruined shirts like this all the time.

Bathtime in the big boy tub! He loved it the bathroom is much warmer than the kitchen sink. We introduced him to the shower last night and I've never seen such a happy boy! He loves being warm with no constricting clothes!

One month old!

 

 

 

We recently discovered the moby wrap which he loves. He fusses while I get him wrapped up but once he's in it properly he falls asleep in seconds and then I can get things done around the house.

 

 

Happy happy boy. I think we're going to get some little laughs soon he tries so hard it's adorable.

 

 

 

Erik decided to make him a manly bink clip which he accidentally lost behind the dresser this morning. We'll have to get daddy to save it for him.
