Denver pictures

Erik has upped his hours at work so a lot of these pictures are just ones I've taken of Denver. (Ok they usually are all about Denver, but even more so in this post) Who's complaining though right?

Ready for the first Broncos game of the season in his football jammies hanging with his Denver Mickey and blanket. I didn't take a picture, but I bought more fleece at Hobby Lobby and put a back on his Broncos blanket so it is thicker and will last him better. He loves how soft it is and I secretly like to use it too because it is very cuddly. 

Both feet in the mouth at once. I am forever baffled that he ever fit inside my belly even when he was first born, but I guess when you're this flexible you're a lot more compact...

That head is still a bit heavy, but he's getting there...

At Hobby Lobby they have aisles and aisles of Christmas stuff already and we found this as we were wandering around and he LOVED it. Anything soft we find him he grabs it and cuddles it and giggles.

Sitting up on the bed. He's tolerating laying down less and less. He wants to sit and look around, but it makes him puke more, and he can't sit up on his own for very long so supported sitting like this keeps him happy a little bit longer. 

Happy boy! That tongue of his cracks me up!

In his new onesie I found him a really cute 3 pack of them at Ross for 5 bucks. He's in between 3 and 6 month clothes right now so his clothes are either tight or baggy and this one is a bit big. He also as figured out how to take his binki out of his mouth and then attempts to put it back in but can never get the right end in his mouth. I can't wait until he figures it out!

Cute little guy. We call his hair duck fuzz because it is just on top and it's so soft like a little duck mohawk. 

Erik holding Denver at scouts. They were both so tired but this is one of those cute cuddly moments that I had to capture. I just think it's precious...

Tummy time! He'll be crawling before we know it. 

We had this big huge blank wall in our kitchen and we finally decided to put up some shelves to make some use of the space. I like it!

4 months old!

This cute little boy turned 4 months old yesterday! I can't believe it! He's getting so big, he has the cutest personality and is so happy and sweet. 

He loves sticking his fingers in his mouth which makes him excessively drooly. He has discovered his tongue and grabs at it with his fingers and tries to pull it out which makes him gag and drool. Poor kid, he's just learning what all of these things do!

This kid loves TV. I'm not sure how I feel about this. There are just so many colors but it makes him distracted pretty easily. This is him staring at the TV. 

Another thing he discovered this month is his feet. He grabs them, sucks on them, looks at them, they are just so interesting! He sits in his car seat like this for long periods of time he's getting some major ab muscles.

He loves when Erik plays the guitar with him. He touches the strings, pulls on them, feels the vibration and listens to the sound. He has always responded well to music even when he was in the womb I think he'll be quite musical.

It was Labor Day weekend and the first game day of the year for the Beavers so my Saturday at work was not busy at all so I decided to take the day off and spend it with my boys. Go Beavs!

Worn out before 10:00 AM...

Fingers in the mouth again and smiles. He spent a lot of the day in the car seat and was a real trooper. 

Sitting up all by himself on Dad's chest. His head is still a bit heavy but he's getting there!

Supported sitting on the couch...distracted by the TV of course.

New pillows we got to add to our decor changes in the apartment. We've been a lot happier with our apartment with the changes we've made it feels a lot brighter and open and not so gloomy. 

Labor day at the coast! It was one of the most beautiful days we've seen out there it was pretty warm and the water was really nice we walked in the water all the way along the beach and our feet weren't numb when we were done which happens very rarely.

Dinner at Mo's.

He's getting better at his exersaucer. He is more interested in the toys around it instead of just sitting there wondering why we put him in there. 

Tummy time. He actually holds himself up instead of just crying. He almost always rolls over on his back from here too. 

Waiting in line at the grocery store with his bear. I thought he looked so so cute in his little hat and binki cuddling his daddy and his bear. I love him.

Yesterday after his shots. Poor kid has been so sleepy and is running a tiny fever today I'm hoping after he wakes up from his afternoon nap he will feel a bit better. Look at those knuckle dimples though!

Sitting up all alone I'm not even holding on to him. I was nearby of course!

4 month pictures! Now for some stats. He is my chunky little guy at 16 lbs 3 oz (65th percentile) and 25.25 inches long (53rd percentile) I hope I'm getting some nice looking arm muscles from carrying him around! 

This is a weird angle but I wanted to show off his crab on his bum. So cute!
